Used throughout my day-to-day workflow for drafting, synthesis, and analysis. This portfolio site was built entirely using Claude Code, which wrote, iterated, and deployed the codebase from scratch based on my direction. I use Claude to challenge my thinking, stress-test product decisions, and accelerate written output without losing my voice.

Used for ideation, prompt engineering experimentation, and cross-referencing outputs. Useful for exploring alternative framings when working through complex stakeholder or strategy problems.

Used in conjunction with Google Workspace for document summarisation, meeting note processing, and data interpretation within existing Google tooling.

Deployed within Jira and Confluence environments to surface related work, summarise sprint history, and accelerate backlog grooming and documentation tasks.

Managed and continually improved Sitecore XM Cloud at Fortescue as part of a global digital platform rebuild. Owned the content operating model, authored governance frameworks, and oversaw agency delivery of components and personalisation rules.

Deployed and configured Sitecore Search at Fortescue to improve on-site discovery and reduce bounce rate on content-led pages.

Managed DAM governance and taxonomy design at Fortescue. Worked with marketing and creative teams to onboard assets and establish metadata standards across markets.

Used AEM across two organisations. At Honda, led the European AEM platform covering 18 markets, working with agency teams on component governance, localisation workflows, and content operations. At Abbott Diabetes Care, supported the pan-European AEM rollout, collaborating with a global agency team on component delivery and content migration.

Headless CMS powering this portfolio site. Used to author and manage blog content via a structured schema, with real-time previews and a clean studio interface. Content is fetched server-side via the Sanity client and rendered with Next.js.

Used as a translation and localisation partner for multi-market digital programmes, managing content workflows and quality assurance across European language variants.

Hold a SAFe 6 POPM certification and have drawn on SAFe principles and practices in day-to-day product work, including PI-style planning and ART-level thinking. Have not operated in a full SAFe enterprise rollout but apply relevant elements where they add value.

Used in BAU and support contexts where work was flow-based rather than sprint-based. Applied WIP limits and cycle time tracking to improve throughput.
